How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You can do it by phone, message, or email.

Important: The reservation modification is confirmed by a message with a summary of the changes.
Please receive such confirmation to guarantee the shift (See cancellation conditions).

When will I receive the contact details of my driver?

You will receive a message with the driver’s details the day before the service. In case of unforeseen events causing changes, you will be promptly notified.

Where will I meet my driver?

The driver will be waiting for you at the specified address.

For transfers with hotel pick-up, the driver will wait for you in the lobby or front of the main entrance. For airport transfers, you will receive a message the day before arrival with the meeting point.

Why are flight number details so important?

Flight number details are essential because they allow us to track the flight and be punctual for the actual landing time.

How can I give feedback on a service?

At the end of the service, the driver will provide you with a link where you can leave your evaluation, which will help us provide an even better service.

Forgotten items on board the vehicles. What can I do?

At the end of each service, the driver is responsible for checking their vehicle, so if you have forgotten something on board, it is recovered, and you will be contacted immediately.

FAQ – Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone, message, or email; they are vital to ensure service. They will be definitively confirmed by sending a summary message containing all the necessary information. Our representative will be at your complete disposal for any needs.

Essential to specify at the time of booking:

  • Quantity and type of passengers (the presence of children on board, as services must be provided with the utmost safety and in compliance with the Highway Code, or disabled passengers with their respective aids. Please indicate the age, weight, and height of the children to allow us to provide you with the appropriate child seat and the type/size of aids suitable for the most suitable vehicle). Therefore, in case of missing information at the time of booking that makes it impossible to carry out the service, the full amount will still be charged.
  • Flight number for tracking purposes.
FAQ – Cancellations
Cancellation within 48 hours:

Free of charge.

Cancellation within 24 hours:
Full payment for the entire service is required.

Airport pick-up

Regarding airport transfers, the included free waiting time is 45 minutes from the flight’s landing time or the scheduled pick-up time. After 45 minutes, the hourly rate will be applied to the actual waiting time.

Flight arrives early

During the booking process, the flight number is always requested so that the driver can track it and arrive at the airport at the actual arrival time.

Flight cancellation or diversion

Unfortunately, cancellations and diversions are unpredictable, and we cannot provide accessible solutions for these events. We recommend contacting the airline for assistance. (See cancellation conditions).

FAQ – Payments and Invoicing

The payment method (cash, cards, link, or bank transfer) should always be agreed upon during the booking process, and a request for an invoice should be made.
